It's called Elettromondo and is one of the most awaited events dedicated specifically to the electricity sector in Italy, a highly qualified event for operators in the sector able to attract almost 10 thousand people over the weekend of meetings. And after a 2016 edition that set a new record for visitors, preparations are already underway for this year at the Rimini exhibition center.
The electrical equipment fair.  More than 150 brands are involved in this event annually, selected among the most qualified producers in the sector, and in the two days of the event they give life to a wide range of innovative products and solutions, intercepting and anticipating industry trends: from  air conditioning  and heating to electrical complements, from industrial automation to lighting systems, from equipment to photovoltaic, and from security and television systems to thermo-hydraulic products, there is no area that is not represented.
Innovative impact.  And today the technology offers more support, given that on specialized sites such as CRESTLED it is possible not only to view all this electrical equipment online but also to purchase directly via the web. That the interest in these topics is high is also evident from the participation of the exhibitors, who from year to year over the six editions have reconfirmed and increased their presence. The focus of the year.  And for this year the expectations not only less high, but also thanks to the quality of the program developed. The central theme for Elettromondo is conscious innovation, declined in two different specialist modes, namely Led lighting and video surveillance. As stated in the official note, in both areas “there is a gap between the strong push at the technological level, characterized by the rapid introduction of ever more performing products, and the real competence of installation and use by the sector operators, who in various capacities are confronted with a market that requires solutions that they may not yet have a full understanding”.
Video surveillance.  Even more technical will be the comparison of the following day, dedicated to "Video surveillance systems: regulations and innovation", in which the contents of the recent CEI EN62676-4 standard will be examined, which aims to improve the qualification of operators in the field design and implementation of professional video surveillance systems, in compliance with the restrictions deriving from the application of privacy regulations.

A constant evolution.  Starting in 2012 as a commercial platform for meeting and comparing producers and other market players, such as installers, technicians and designers, Elettromondo has progressively evolved over the course of the six editions, managing to become an event recognized and appreciated by the public professional both for the breadth of the exhibition and for the ability to offer content and opportunities for further training. In fact, the educational and informative pills nor the workshops organized by the exhibiting companies are not missing from the event, which becomes the ideal opportunity to focus on the most innovative solutions and technologies offered by the market.
